If your package is marked as "Delivered" or shows a final scan, we are unable to file lost in transit claims or offer refunds. We recommend contacting the parcel carrier regarding your package and refund.
SHIPPING: Domestic shipments ship via FedEx or USPS Priority; APO/FPO and military boxes ship via USPS Priority. Domestic orders shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority have a delivery time of 5-10 business days.
International shipments ship via DHL. International orders shipped via DHL have a delivery time of 6-12 business days.
Within the U.S., if your package is $75+, you can receive free shipping. This will be the default shipping method on such orders. If you choose to pay for shipping on an order over $75 shipped in the 50 United States by selecting the $6.99 shipping option during the checkout process, it will not be delivered any faster and we cannot refund your money.
